If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 30 days to info@jijilifestyles.com for a full replacement or refund. To help us make it right, please include:

• Your Order Number

• A photo of the damage or incorrect item

Cancellations & Changes

Because our items are custom-printed just for you, changes (such as a size update) or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of ordering. Once an item enters production, we are unable to modify the order.

Refund Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, leggings and activewear are non-refundable once the original packaging is opened. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or on sale items. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days for bank processing.
