(1) Fulfillment Times
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to custom produce our custom designed item, which takes about 2-7 business days.
(2) Shipping Times
Shipping time is the time it takes to reach from our production house to your address. Shipping times vary by location worldwide, but range within 1-2 weeks in the United States.
Note: Order by December 10th, 2023 to receive your product by Christmas - December 25th, 2023.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Note that we only accept returns on damaged items. We do not refund orders for buyerâs remorse.
